The Shogun Nord-EX. The World's First and only product that combines both a bench for Nordic Curls and an adjustable Back Extension Machine. With its adjustable Back Extension Feature, you can target your muscles from different angles (35-55°). Activate new muscle fibers and unlock a whole new level of workout intensity.
The Nord-EX Back Extension feature can be adjusted to fit most users from 5' to 6' 8" tall.
The Nord-EX features a patented system for Assisted Nordic Training. By only changing the Incline Angle, you can focus on becoming stronger in the eccentric part. Achieving a slow and controlled eccentric Nordic is key for maximum benefit.
Not many people can do An explosive Concentric Nordic Curl from a flat position, So, by elevating the angle, you can focus on training with a shorter range of motion and slowly build up enough strength and gradually lower the angle to reach an explosive Flat Nordic.
