A 12-month labour warranty is provided to residential-use customers located within an 80 km radius of the store or nearest branch from which the equipment was purchased. 

Customers located outside the 80 km radius of their selling store or nearest branch are not eligible for on-site labour warranty coverage.

Customers located more than 80 km from their selling store or nearest branch may:

• Transport their equipment to the store or nearest branch from which it was purchased, or

• Transport their equipment to the WaterRower Melbourne warehouse,
  in order to receive labour warranty service.
